The development of psychiatric symtoms or neurologic abnormalities in a patient taking isoniazid should alert the physician and the psychiatrist to the possibility of isoniazid-induced psychiatric problem, an uncommon reaction, which may have an insidious onset.
The purpose of this paper is to report a case of toxic psychosis due to isoniazid and to review the relating literature.
